Scenario 1 – Video call button in your website
Give your Customers support via Video Communication Session! They can connect with your Agents using a simple Web browser from several devices, like PC, Mobile, Kiosk, etc.
They can request a Video Call simply clicking on a button or filling a form, in case you need to collect information about the customer before the interaction starts.
Agents connected to XCALLY will receive a notification of the incoming Video call, as for the other channel interactions. After clicking on the meeting link they will join the call!
Scenario 2 – Switch from Chat session to Video call
Let’s say a customer needs help about a broken device. He opens a web chat session to send some text information and images to describe the issue. The agent can propose him to start a Video call in order to improve the communication and speed the problem solving.
The Agent can activate a VIDAOO Video Call Session from the XCALLY Web GUI during the Chat interaction. The Video call is generated and the link is sent both to the Agent and to the Customer to let them join it.
